Shea + Theresa Slide

I'm about a week behind so Shea and Theresa got married on the 19th. Great wedding, great people, and great time! What a fun performance from Shea to his mom ( you have to ask him what is was) I would say that when the music starts Shea comes alive. Here's a slide show of some of the day.

I did a quick play date shoot for Jordyn and Ryder the other day. Let's just say busy, busy, busy. Ryder was giving me the business but we got it worked out by the end. Nothing a little influence of candy can't solve!

Jake+Emily

Today I shot the engagement shoot for Jake and Emily. They get married in a few weeks and I'm telling you I'm pretty exited to shoot their wedding! They are super cool. Talk about an easy shoot, they are just great with the camera. Emily has lots of energy so I'm guessing the wedding should be quite a kick.

So when your the host of a big birthday party it gets to be a little difficult to really run around with your camera. I did happen to grab some shots but the most important thing was that cole had a blast!

Bust-a-move

Matt + Jen

Well it was a hot day here! We were pushing 100! I'll tell you what Matt is for sure the kind of guy that can really make you relax. These are just two easy going people that had a great time at their wedding! It was just good food, fun people and just a cool afternoon. I almost feel like I was part of the family, walking around joking and laughing with everyone. I just want to say congratulations to Matt and Jen and thank you for letting me be a part of your day! I hope you have a great time in Maui.

Matt + Claire

I just finished shooting Matt and Claire's wedding and I just can't say enough about these two! They are really great people and super fun to be around. They had a whole relaxed casual feel to the wedding and I tell you what it was AWESOME! I must say that the father-daughter and bride-groom dance was about the best I've seen. They had so much energy and fun during these that you just couldn't help but have a huge smile on your face.

I'm really having a hard time not putting all the images up here but here's a few and I will soon have a slide show to watch.

Oh, and I must say it was for sure the best ending to a wedding! They had a full size HUGE fireworks show to send them off. VERY NICE!!

Greece + Turkey

So I just got back from Greece and Turkey! This was just a vacation so all the pictures that are here are just my personal images. It was actually really fun to shoot this way because I was just shooting for fun, nobody was expecting anything and if I didn't like it I didn't take the picture! Ahren and I really had so much fun on this trip, we actually moved around alot. We started in Athens for a couple nights then went to Santorini for a few nights then went to Istanbul for a couple then hit Athens for one night on our way home. It really seems like alot but it made the trip alot of fun because every few days you got to go to a new country and a new hotel. We went with our good friends Chris and Kim and I don't think that we could have gone with a better couple! They are very well traveled and their really alot of fun!

So in this trip I got to experience:

-A grilled squid! (still not sure about that one)
-The Acropolis (AWESOME)
-A scooter ride around Santorini island (way fun)
-A Turkish bath (I kept my shorts on!)
-The blue mosque (WOW)

Things I learned about the people:

-EVERYONE smokes!
-men don't wear shorts
-nobody is overweight
-they conserve energy way better than us!!

All in All it was a fantastic trip. I want to thank our friends for inviting us to go and I look forward to the next time we travel together!!!
